The programme is expected to be graced by prominent citizens including students, community members, traditional leaders, clergy, Imams and others at Bowiri Kwame-Krom Evangelical Presbyterian (E. P.) Church.

The programme, themed: "Elevating the status of teachers for quality education, celebrating Biakoye's Champions", aims to recognise and appreciate the tireless efforts of teachers in the district who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to education.

Briefing the media ahead of November 27, 2025, programme, the MP said it was part of her campaign during the 2024, and she had to fulfill that promise made to her constituents.

Dignitaries expected to be present include Mr. Eric Kwaku Opong, District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr. David Kwame Seddoh, District Director of Education, Mrs. Irene Jacuelinda Attabra, Oti Regional Director of Education and many others.
