Donors normally give their guidelines for the utilization of their funds. Many of them provide training for the staff of the Assembly including the decentralized departments and thereby building their capacity in project and financial management. In return, the Assembly is expected to be transparent and efficient in the utilization of funds and project implementation.

Co-ordination

In order to avoid duplication of efforts and waste of resources by donor agencies, the Assembly co-ordinates the activities of all NGOs and Departments operating in the Municipality.
