The beneficiary roads include the Bawa–Akura Junction to Matamanu Community, Adokwanta Junction to Dadoto Community, Dadoto Junction to Katanga-Tornu, Kpelema Junction to Bidi Community, Kechiebi Junction to Njare Community, and Njare Junction to Binagmam Community.

The project is aimed at improving road infrastructure, boosting trade and commerce, and enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.

Speaking to the media, the MP emphasized that these roads serve as the lifeblood of Krachi East, connecting farmers to markets, as well as facilitating access to schools and healthcare facilities. Mr. Djabab noted that the improved road network would enhance agricultural productivity, create jobs, and increase revenue for the Municipal Assembly.

“It is about improving lives, not just paving roads,” he stated.

Residents have expressed optimism about the project’s impact, particularly in terms of improved transportation and better access to markets. During an engagement with drivers and commuters in the area, many commended the MP for responding to their concerns and initiating the rehabilitation works.

“Mr. Djabab has heard our cries, and we are grateful for his efforts to fix our roads,” some residents remarked, citing reduced travel times and lower vehicle maintenance costs as expected benefits.
