ACTION PLAN
The logical frameworks presented were prepared on the highly ranked development activity under each priority area. The framework otherwise called the project planning matrix (PPM) clearly explains the details of the strategy designed to address the specific needs of the people. It makes implementation easy.
The basic assumptions stated are those that can affect the success of the project but it is not within the control of the project management. It therefore allows the implementation team to put in place adequate measures.
