Babanawo was accompanied by key officials from the District Assembly, including the Planning Officer, Budget Officer, a representative from the National Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO), the Presiding Member, District Engineer, and District Director of Education.

During the visit, the team interacted with community members to identify challenges and explore practical solutions to improve infrastructure, education, disaster preparedness, and overall development in the area.
