6-Unit Modern Classroom Block Set for Commissioning in Obo Kwahu
The Kwahu South Municipal Assembly is set to commission a newly constructed 6-Unit Classroom Block with an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Laboratory at Obo Kwahu as part of its ongoing efforts to improve educational infrastructure and enhance learning outcomes within the municipality.

The project, which represents a significant investment in the education sector, is aimed at providing a conducive teaching and learning environment for pupils while promoting the integration of technology into education.
The modern facility comprises six spacious classrooms and a fully equipped ICT laboratory designed to give students access to digital learning tools and help prepare them for the demands of the 21st-century world.
The commissioning ceremony is expected to bring together government officials, traditional authorities, education stakeholders, Assembly Members, parents, teachers, pupils, and residents of Obo and surrounding communities to celebrate the successful completion of the project.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Effah Osei Bonsu David, emphasized that education remains a top priority for the Assembly and reaffirmed its commitment to investing in infrastructure that supports quality teaching and learning.
According to him, the provision of the classroom block and ICT laboratory will not only improve access to education but also equip students with essential digital skills needed to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven world.
The Assembly believes that the project will contribute significantly to academic excellence, reduce classroom congestion, and create a more conducive environment for both teachers and learners.
