Development in Action: New Facilities commissioned in West Akim

The West Akim Municipal Assembly, under the leadership of the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Paulina Akabila, has successfully commissioned the Amaako 6-Unit Classroom Block and the Brekumanso Zonal Council Office, marking another important milestone in the Assembly's commitment to improving infrastructure and enhancing service delivery across the municipality.

The newly commissioned 6-unit classroom block at Amaako will provide a safe, conducive, and comfortable learning environment for pupils while supporting teachers in delivering quality education. This investment reflects the Assembly's unwavering commitment to strengthening educational infrastructure and ensuring that every child has access to an environment that promotes effective teaching and learning.


The commissioning of the Brekumanso Zonal Council Office is another significant achievement aimed at deepening decentralization and bringing local governance closer to the people.
