Krowor Assembly Organises Free Detergent-Making Training for Residents

The initiative, implemented under the Assembly’s Local Economic Development (LED) programme, sought to equip participants with practical skills in the production of liquid soap and bleach to promote self-employment and income generation.

Participants received hands-on training in the mixing, production and packaging of the products. They also took home finished products and acquired practical knowledge that could enable them to establish and manage small-scale businesses.
The initiative forms part of the Assembly’s efforts to empower residents with employable skills and create opportunities for sustainable livelihoods and local economic development.
The Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to supporting skills development programmes that would enhance economic empowerment and improve the livelihoods of residents.
