Asuogyaman DCE Supports Gyakiti Students With School Supplies

The District Chief Executive (DCE) for the Asuogyaman District Assembly, Hon. Godwin Bobobee, has donated educational materials to students in the Gyakiti Circuit as part of efforts to support quality education in the district.

The donation includes 1,500 exercise books, 64 school uniforms and 500 pairs of school shoes, with the shoes provided in partnership with World Shoe.

Speaking at the presentation ceremony, Hon. Bobobee reaffirmed the Assembly’s commitment to improving educational outcomes and supporting students across the district.

He said the intervention would help ease the financial pressure on parents while giving students the confidence and basic resources they need to attend school and participate effectively in lessons.

School authorities, parents and students expressed their appreciation to the DCE and the Assembly, describing the gesture as timely and valuable support for schools within the Gyakiti Circuit.

They noted that the provision of essential learning materials would contribute to creating a better environment for teaching and learning and encourage students to stay focused on their education.
