The monodesks form part of more than 2,000 pieces of school furniture procured by the Assembly to support schools and provide pupils with a more comfortable and conducive learning environment.

The intervention is expected to help address furniture shortages in beneficiary schools, enabling young learners to study in improved classroom conditions.

The initiative underscores the Assembly’s commitment to strengthening educational infrastructure and ensuring that pupils have access to the basic facilities they need to learn, grow and achieve their academic potential.

The Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to creating better learning opportunities for children across Central Tongu, recognising that every child deserves a comfortable environment in which to learn and develop.
