SPC Inspects Proposed Fuel Station Site at Prampram

The Spatial Planning Committee (SPC) of the Ningo Prampram District Assembly today conducted an inspection of a proposed site for the construction of a fuel station at Prampram by a private developer.

The visit, led by the Chairman of the Committee, Hon. Raphael Uriel Nartey, formed part of the committee’s assessment process to enable members to obtain first-hand information on the proposed project and evaluate its potential impact on residents in the surrounding communities.

The inspection was carried out in line with the mandate of the Spatial Planning Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and approving development proposals within the district. The process is intended to ensure that projects conform to the district’s planning regulations, prevent unregulated development, and protect the health and safety of residents.
