“As your MP, my work is not only to push the development of the constituency, but to also make you understand the happenings and to always keep you informed about parliamentary discourses for the betterment of the constituency”, he stated, when interacting with some of the constituents at Jinijini, the constituency capital.

Mr. Kyere said that keeping his constituents informed with the happenings in Parliament would position them well to understand the values and principles of democracy, some emerging legislations, and updates on some development initiatives and needs of the constituency.

He reaffirmed his commitment to tackle the development needs of the people, saying the government was putting in place measures for work to resume on the construction of the 119 kilometer Jinijini-Sampa Road.

On completion, Mr. Duah added that this stretch would enhance market accessibility and thereby facilitate trade and commerce, improved health, and educational outcomes too.

He pledged to ensure that the plights of the rural farmers were alleviated, assuring his and government’s readiness to support them with incentives.

“Development of education, health and road infrastructure form an integral part of our reset agenda,” Mr. Duah stated, and assured the electorates that he would work hard to justify the confidence they had reposed in him as their MP.

Mr. Duah also expressed appreciation to the local media, saying the government required their support to inform the masses about her policies and programmes in building a better Ghana for all.

Mr. Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuye, a former Minister of Sports who accompanied the MP described Mr. Duah as a development-oriented politician passionate for sport and youth development and asked the people to support him to bring the development of the constituency to the next level.
