Krowor MCE leads clean-up exercise ahead of Nungua Kplejoo Festival.

The Krowor Municipal Chief Executive, Joshua Nii Bortey in collaboration with Wor Yoomo Ayemuerde Foundation has led a clean-up exercise ahead of Nungua Kplejoo Festival.

MCE for Krowor led the Management and Staff of the Krowor Municipal Assembly, joined by Wor Yoomo Ayemuerde Foundation, Nungua Sokpoti Market Men and Women, Driver Unions, Nungua Youth Groups, Nungua Clan Houses, Nungua Senior High School (Nunsec) and Zoomlion Ghana Limited in an exercise dubbed ‘Operation Clean-Up Nungua’ as they celebrate the Kplejoo Festival.

Since cleanliness is next to godliness, the Municipal Chief Executive for the Krowor Municipal Assembly, Mr. Joshua Nii Bortey said, the clean-up exercise is in preparation for the arrival of the Sacred Corn from Oyibi through Katamanso, Santeo and Borteyman on foot to climax the Nungua Kplejoo Homowo Festival.

Meanwhile, the MCE, Joshua Nii Bortey extends his best wishes to the Chiefs and People of the Nungua Traditional Area.
