New court inaugurated at Boamang
The Chief Justice, His Lordship Justice Anin Yeboah has inaugurated an ultra-modern court at Boamang in the Afigya Kwabre North District, funded from the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF) to handle cases within the District and surrounding communities.

The District Chief Executive (DCE) Mr. Kwasi Karikari Achamfuor in his welcome address said the initiative is aimed at addressing the problem of inadequate court infrastructure across the country of which the good people of Afigya Kwabre North were beneficiaries.
He DCE applauded the government's responsiveness to the judiciary's vision of ensuring equal and affordable access to quality Justice and enhancing public confidence in Justice delivery and court administration system.
Speaking at the inauguration, the Chief Justice, His Lordship Anin Yeboah said the inauguration of the district Court is in fulfillment of the strategic vision of the Judicial Service to enhance the citizens access to quality Justice by establishing courts in close proximity to people who travel long distances for Justice.
The Chairperson for the occasion, Oheneyere Nana Akua Pokua 1(Boamang hemaa) in her speech expressed appreciation to the Chief Justice and the government for the fast development of district Court.
Also present at the ceremony were the Ashanti Regional minister, Mr. Simon Osei Mensah, Nananom, High Court Judges, the Judiciary, Assembly members, Heads of Institutions and Departments, the Clergy and others.
