As part of the process, the Finance and Administration, Spatial Planning, Works, and Justice and Security Sub-Committees met to deliberate on matters within their respective mandates.

The committees reviewed key municipal priorities, assessed issues affecting the Municipality and made recommendations for further consideration.

The recommendations were subsequently presented to the Executive Committee, chaired by the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Paul Osae Offei, for further consideration and direction.

The deliberative process forms an important part of the Assembly's governance structure, allowing members to carefully examine issues, assess their implications and make informed recommendations before final decisions are taken.

The process demonstrates the Akuapem South Municipal Assembly's commitment to collective deliberation, accountability and responsive governance, ensuring that matters affecting the Municipality are channelled through the appropriate structures.

The Assembly believes that such structured engagement will contribute to sound decision-making and support the implementation of development initiatives that respond to the needs and priorities of residents.
