Mfantseman MCE Inspects New Classroom Block at Towoboase-Abankrom

In a bid to strengthen educational infrastructure in the municipality, the Mfantseman Municipal Chief Executive Eric Stanley Acquah, alongside the management team of the Assembly, has conducted an on-site inspection of the ongoing construction of a 1-unit, 3-classroom block at Towoboase-Abankrom.

Funded by the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), the project aims to provide students with a modern and conducive learning environment, reinforcing the Assembly’s commitment to improving teaching and learning outcomes across the area.

During the site visit, the MCE commended the contractor for maintaining an impressive pace of work, expressing confidence that the project is likely to be completed ahead of the scheduled timeline. He highlighted that the dedication and efficiency of the construction team will ensure the facility meets both quality and safety standards.

Speaking to residents and staff at the site, the MCE reassured the community of his administration’s commitment to the successful completion of the project, stating, “We are committed to ensuring that every child in the Mfantseman Municipality has access to quality education. This classroom block is a tangible step toward achieving that goal, and we are optimistic about its early completion.”

The visit also provided an opportunity for the Assembly’s management team to assess progress, discuss project milestones with the contractor, and ensure that the construction aligns with the overall development plans of the municipality.

Residents of Towoboase-Abankrom and neighboring communities are eagerly anticipating the completion of the classroom block, which is expected to provide a significant boost to teaching and learning in the area.
