The facility, which also houses an Ambulance Service Centre, is expected to provide essential healthcare services to residents of Jacobu and surrounding communities.

The District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr. Emmanuel Obeng-Agyemang, urged residents to make full use of the facility by attending regular clinics, seeking medical attention early and embracing preventive healthcare practices.

“Let us work together to ensure that this centre becomes a hub of healing, wellness and community strength,” he said.

Mr Obeng-Agyemang expressed appreciation to the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs and the Ashanti Regional Minister for their continued support and guidance.

He also commended the Assembly’s Works and Planning Departments, the contractor and other stakeholders for their contributions towards the completion of the facility.
