Logical Framework
Introduction
This chapter deals with a project- planning matrix. A logical framework is constructed. A narrative summary which gives the goals under each of the three thematic areas has been indicated. The objectives, outputs and activities are also outlined. Objectively verifiable indicators are set for the purpose of monitoring and evaluation. Means of verification and important assumptions are made to guide the implementation of the DMTDP.
