Suhum MCE Commissions 3-Unit Kindergarten Block at Kokooso

The Suhum Municipal Assembly has commissioned a newly completed 3-unit Kindergarten (KG) block with ancillary facilities at Kokooso, funded through the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF).

The facility comprises a three-classroom kindergarten block, a three-seater water closet, shower facilities, a washing area, a paved compound and other ancillary facilities designed to support the needs of young learners.

The new facility is expected to provide children in Kokooso with a safe, comfortable and conducive environment for early childhood education.

Commendation was extended to the Suhum Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Lydia Sarah Ohenewa, for her dedication and commitment towards the successful completion of the project.

The school authorities and residents were urged to take proper care of the facility and ensure its regular maintenance so it can continue to serve current and future generations of pupils.

The commissioning forms part of ongoing efforts to improve educational infrastructure and enhance access to quality early childhood education in the Suhum Municipality.
