The working visit formed part of the MCE’s routine monitoring activities aimed at assessing the progress of selected projects and identifying challenges affecting their implementation.

During the inspection, Hon. Sadat visited the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly block at Appiadu and the Municipal Court at Boadi, where he assessed the current state of work on the projects.

At the Assembly block, the MCE expressed concern about the stalled construction, noting that the delay could affect the smooth and effective operations of the Municipal Assembly.

speaking with the Media, Hon. Sadat assured that, he would engage the central government to seek the necessary support to facilitate the completion of the project.

The MCE was accompanied by the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Charles Attah Mensah, and other Heads of Departments from the Oforikrom Municipal Assembly.

The inspection underscores the Assembly’s efforts to monitor development projects closely and address challenges that could delay their completion.
