The donation followed a request to the MP’s office to enable the Association meet transportation expenses to attend the annual national conference of PWDs.  

Mr. Shaibu Dauda Vanda, Personal Assistant to the MP, presented the cash on his behalf to the executives of the Association at Ampain in the Western Region.  

He said the gesture formed part of the MP’s periodic life-saving interventions and livelihood empowerment support for the less privileged in the Ellembelle Constituency.  

He assured PWDs in the constituency of the MP’s continued commitment to supporting their welfare.  

Mr. Haruna Afful, Secretary of the Association in Ellembelle, thanked Mr. Buah for responding promptly to their request, saying the donation would enable members to attend and participate in the conference.  

Mr. Isaac Esah, a government appointee on the Disability Association at the Ellembelle District Assembly, described Mr. Buah as an MP who consistently supported the less privileged in the constituency.  

He encouraged him to continue his humanitarian support to vulnerable groups in society.
