Techiman High Court Complex officially commissioned to uphold rule of law
In a brief ceremony jointly organized by the Office of the Attorney-General and Ministry of Justice, and the Techiman Municipal Assembly, the Techiman High Court Complex was officially commissioned.

The establishment of this court complex showcases the government's dedication to upholding the Rule of Law and ensuring access to justice for all, in accordance with Section 12(3)(b) of the Local Governance Act, 2016 (Act 936).
The state-of-the-art court complex boasts two courtrooms with accompanying chambers for simultaneous sittings, along with 22 administrative office spaces. Furthermore, a spacious 3-bedroom self-contained bungalow has been allocated for the resident Judge.
The commissioning event was attended by a distinguished group of dignitaries, including His Lordship Justice Issifu Omoro Tanko Amadu (JSC), representing Her Ladyship, the Chief Justice, Justice Gertrude Araba Esaaba Torkornoo, Mr. Benjamin Yaw Gyarko (MCE for Techiman), Nananom of Techiman led by Nana Owusu Gyare II, Lawyer Agyemang (leader of the Ghana Bar Association delegations), members of the Techiman Municipal Security Council, Assembly members, leaders from the Christian Council of Churches, Regional Chief Imam, leaders from the transport unions, and other esteemed guests.
