The meeting provided an opportunity for the   Assembly members to examine the proposed development plans, revenue mobilisation strategies, expenditure priorities, and internally generated revenue measures to support the implementation of programmes and projects across the Municipality in 2027. Key among the documents considered and approved were the 2027 Annual Action Plan (AAP), Composite Budget, Revenue Improvement Action Plan (RIAP), and Fee-Fixing Resolution.

Members also discussed the Executive Committee Report and other important matters relating to the effective administration and development of the Municipality.

The meeting also welcomed the Medical Superintendent and the Mental Health Specialist of the War Memorial Hospital, Navrongo, who were in attendance to respond to concerns and issues raised by Hon. Assembly Members relating to health service delivery. Their engagement provided an opportunity for clarification and dialogue on the issues rose, highlighting the importance of collaboration between the Assembly and health service providers in addressing the healthcare needs of the people.
