The Kensere CHPS compound is part of broader efforts by the Assembly to improve local health infrastructure and address the needs of underserved populations in the district. Alongside the CHPS compound, other development projects such as improved sanitation facilities, including community toilets, are also being prioritized to combat issues like open defecation and to support better hygiene and disease control in the region, the District Chief Executive for Asutifi North Mr. Anthony Mensah revealed this to Ghanadistricts.com in Sunyani

Mr. Mensah said, the Member of Parliament also donated a motorcycle to the health workers to facilitate their work and again recommended that, the facility would take good care of and that the health workers be respected,

He further said, The Chief of Kensere, expressed gratitude to the Assembly for this commitment, highlighting the importance of such projects in improving the well-being of the community
