MCE presents seventeen tablets to support property rate collection

Mr. Benjamin Yaw Gyarko, Municipal Chief Executive of Techiman has presented tablets to seventeen Clients Support Officers for the collection of property rates in the Municipality

These officers have undergone 3-day training on the usage of the device to enable property owners to pay their property rate on the newly introduced platform called myassembly.gov.gh.

Presenting the items, he advised the C.S.O’s to demonstrate a high level of professionalism by showing respect and tolerance to the property owners as they go to the field to commence their work and further charged them to take good care of the device.

With him were the Municipal Coordinating Director, Alhaji Hamza Inusah, the Municipal Finance Officer, Alhaji Kasim Ashaibu and the GRA Technical Officer for property rates, Mr. Yaga.
