The inspection covered the Sabuli–Hain road project being executed under the Big Push initiative, the construction of a dam along the Ping–Hain road, as well as a proposed site for another dam project.

Speaking during the tour, the MCE expressed satisfaction with the progress of work on the Sabuli–Hain road. He noted that the second layer of the road is currently being laid on sections where the first layer has already been completed, while the third layer will extend from Mwankuri through Sabuli to Hain as construction continues.

Mr. To-Ang expressed confidence in the contractor, P&W Ghanim, stating that the company is capable of delivering quality work on schedule.

On the dam project along the Ping–Hain road, the MCE explained that construction followed a passionate appeal he made to the contractor on February 26, 2026, to support the community with a reliable water source.

He said the completed dam will enhance dry-season farming activities and also provide drinking water for livestock, including cattle, goats, and sheep, particularly during the dry season.

The MCE further indicated that plans to construct another dam in Ping will greatly improve agricultural production in the area, noting that Ping remains one of the municipality’s major producers of tomatoes and other vegetables, especially during the dry season.
