The session enabled open dialogue on pressing infrastructure needs, validated the district’s development goals, and laid the groundwork for data-informed planning at the national level. Through interactive discussions and a Q&A segment, participants shared insights and helped shape a clear roadmap for progress.

By the close of the meeting, five key projects had been identified as immediate priorities for the 2026–2028 period:

· A water project for Tongor and Kpalime traditional areas, including new water reservoirs at Kpeve
· An agricultural mechanization centre
· A modern sports complex
· A new fishing harbour
· An STC or Metro Mass Transit station

In attendance were District Chief Executive Hon. Courage Kokroko, ICEG representatives, traditional leaders, the Presiding Member of SDDA, Assembly and Unit Committee Members, transport operators, business owners, motor riders, heads of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) groups, and district department heads.
