The three short programmes at the various communities saw Staff from the education sector, health Service, district Assembly staff, Nanaoum, Community leaders, NDC party members etc.

Mr. Kwasi Opoku District Education Director in his remarks express his gratitude to the president of the Republic of Ghana, John Daramani Mahama, PM for Kintampo South Madam Felicia Adjei, DCE for Kintampo South Mr. Zuuri for putting up this number of school block in the district to support the education sector in the district to be commissioned today.  He added  the DCE and the PM are very particular in the education of our children which will build the future of the youth of the district.

He said maintains of the building is something that he will not relent on personally because the resources used to put up the school block would have been used for other developmental project but the government has used it for a school building. Performance of school children in the district is something to look at because most of the school pupils even in class four can’t read which is very bad and below standard which teachers need to work harder. Ended by promising to the chiefs and people to post more teachers looking at the population of the pupils of the school.

The Kintampo South Health Director Mr. Bikman Duut Nyunmon in his remarks thanked government, MP and the DCE for seeing the importance of health in the district by putting up these number of CHPS to be commissioned today.  He tasked the people, chiefs of all the communities to employ night watchman, cleaner for the facility, dig a pit for rubbish and a placenta pit for delivery. He was please to the government for introducing free primary health care to the door step of communities most especially Kintampo south district.

Mr. Welfred Zuuri (DCE) reviled that all this projects commissioned today is just the beginning of development projects the government went to put up “the president of the republic of Ghana John Daramani Mahama has a lot of project for the people of Ghana, such as roads, urban development initiative and other sectors all should keep on voting for the NDC party for more developments” he ended.

He also asked the communities visited to have the maintenance culture so that more would be added to them.

The member of Parliament (MP) madam Felicia for Kintampo South was grateful to the chiefs and people of all the communities visited voting her and the president of the republic of Ghana in to government when they come during the election time.  She said “this is the product of your vote chiefs and people should try to maintain all the building”.

She spoke on the development of the school children by touching on students speaking good grammatical English, teachers coming to school late, drug abuse, teachers dating school children, Teachers and student having sex in the classrooms, sexual harassment, parents allowing children to date teachers etc. “when court would be sacked or dismissed”.

Madam Felicia informed communities that plans are on the way to working on all mobile network challenges, the Drip machines are also going to work on all the feeder roads projects because government road project do not cover feeder roads.

Chiefs and people of all the communities visited were very grateful for all the projects the government is putting up, but asked for more teachers, extension of electricity and meter, posting more health workers and so on.
