Ablekuma Central MP, MCE Hand Over Sites For Drainage And Road Projects

The Member of Parliament for Ablekuma Central, Hon. Abdul-Latif Dan, together with the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Frank Nkansah, has handed over project sites to contractors for the commencement of development works across the municipality.

The projects, which cover the Mambrouk, Nmenmette, Abossey Okai, Lartebiokorshie and Gbortsui Electoral Areas, include drainage construction and road improvement works aimed at addressing infrastructure challenges in the affected communities.

The interventions are expected to improve road accessibility, enhance drainage systems and reduce the risk of flooding, particularly in areas that experience difficulties during the rainy season.

Upon completion, the projects are anticipated to ease movement, protect lives and properties, support local businesses and improve the general living conditions of residents.

The initiative forms part of efforts by the Ablekuma Central Municipal Assembly and the Member of Parliament to respond to the infrastructure needs of residents and promote safer, more accessible communities.
