The exercise saw teams moving from one community to another, engaging business owners and residents while responding to questions and concerns regarding the bills. The outreach formed part of the Assembly's efforts to improve revenue mobilisation and strengthen communication with ratepayers.

During the exercise, customers were encouraged to settle their bills promptly to avoid enforcement measures, including the closure of business premises after forty (40) days of non-payment.

The Assembly noted that the active participation of both management and staff in the field demonstrates its commitment to efficient service delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.

The Shai-Osudoku District Assembly also expressed appreciation to residents and business operators for their cooperation and urged them to continue supporting the Assembly's efforts towards the development of the district through the timely payment of statutory levies.
