The initiative seeks to strengthen efforts to prevent malnutrition, promote proper child feeding practices and improve awareness among parents and caregivers about the nutritional needs of children.

The project is expected to bring together relevant stakeholders, including community members, health professionals and local authorities, to support interventions aimed at reducing malnutrition among children.

IDEAS Ghana says the initiative will also focus on empowering families and communities with practical knowledge and support to improve children's diets and overall wellbeing.

The organisation called for collaboration among stakeholders to ensure that children, particularly those in vulnerable households, have access to adequate and nutritious food needed for healthy growth and development.
