Gomoa East District Assembly Begins District-Wide Road Shaping Project

The Gomoa East District Assembly has commenced a district-wide road shaping project aimed at improving the condition and motorability of roads across the district.

The first day of the exercise covered the stretch from Nyanyano to Fetteh, where road maintenance works were carried out to enhance accessibility for motorists and residents.

The initiative is being led by the District Chief Executive, Margaret Naana Ackom, as part of the Assembly's commitment to improving road infrastructure and ensuring safer and more convenient transportation within the district.

The Assembly noted that the road shaping project will be extended to other parts of the district in phases to improve connectivity, facilitate the movement of people and goods, and support socio-economic development.

Residents have welcomed the initiative, expressing optimism that the improved roads will ease transportation challenges and contribute to the overall development of the Gomoa East District.
