Regional Minister Applauds Progress on Mion's 24-Hour Economy Market Project
The Northern Regional Minister, Hon. Ali Adolf John, has expressed satisfaction with the progress of work on the ongoing 24-Hour Economy Model Market Project in Sang, describing it as a game-changing investment for economic transformation in the Mion District.

The Minister made the remarks during an inspection tour of key development projects ahead of the Mion District Assembly's Town Hall Meeting and Accounting to the People Series.
According to Hon. Ali Adolf John, the market project aligns with government's flagship 24-Hour Economy agenda and is expected to become a major commercial hub for farmers, traders, artisans and small-scale entrepreneurs.
He stated that the facility would create jobs, stimulate local economic activities and provide expanded market opportunities for businesses across the district.
The Minister further encouraged the youth to position themselves to benefit from emerging opportunities under the initiative through entrepreneurship, innovation and skills development.
The project has been widely welcomed by residents who believe it will strengthen local commerce and contribute significantly to economic growth and wealth creation in the district.
When completed, the market is expected to play a pivotal role in enhancing trade and boosting the local economy of Mion and surrounding communities.
