He explained that the items were meant to motivate the candidates as they gear up for the examination scheduled to begin on May 4.

Speaking in an interview on the sidelines of the presentation ceremony held at the premises of Sunyani Sacred Heart Junior High School (JHS), Mr. Appiah said a total of 260 beneficiaries were drawn from Sacred Heart JHS, His Grace Academy JHS, Resurrection Presbyterian JHS, and Panest JHS.

He advised the candidates to resist the temptation of engaging in examination malpractice, warning that such actions could have serious consequences.

Mr. Appiah encouraged them to remain focused, study diligently, and approach the exams with confidence, stressing the importance of independent work and avoiding the use of unauthorised materials in the examination hall.

He noted that the BECE plays a crucial role in shaping their academic future and urged the candidates to give off their best, wishing them success in the examination.
