Hon Francis Owusu Antwi is a 46 year old native of Atebubu Amantin in the Bono East Region.

He is an astute Banker with over two decades of experience in the banking sector and holds an MBA in Strategic Managements and a BBA in Marketing from Valley View University, as well as a Certificate in General Agriculture from the Kwadaso Agriculture Colleges.

He also holds a post-charted diploma in Treasury and Financial Risk Management from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana) ICAD, an Advanced Diploma (Project Management) from the Academy of Business Administration (ICM-UK), and a Professional Certificate  in Microfinance from University of Cape Coast

A staunch Member of the National Democratic Congress, he has served the party in various capacities including Chairman of the Bono East Finance Committee, Member of the Bono East Chieftaincy Committee, Executive Member of the Atebubu-Amantin Constituency, Branch Chairman, Polling Station Agent and Party Agent.
