ABURA: Two projects commissioned

The Chief Executive for Abura/ Asebu/ Kwamankese District, William Atta- Mends has commissioned two newly constructed three unit teachers’ quarters and a three unit classroom block for teachers and students of Akonoma Junior High School.

The Chief Executive for Abura/ Asebu/ Kwamankese District, William Atta- Mends has commissioned two newly constructed three unit teachers’ quarters and a three unit classroom block for teachers and students of Akonoma Junior High School.

The projects which forms part of the Better Ghana agenda programme were at motivating teachers in the area to give out their best and also ensuring accessibility to quality education.

Mr. William Atta- Mends used the opportunity to advised parents to attach importance to their wards education since they are assets for national development.

He however charged politician to create regular contact with their electorate in order to ascertain their problems and find means of resolving them.

Chief of the town Nana Brafo Yamoa also appealed to the Assembly to consider the construction of the community’s only road that connects Cape Coast and Kumasi.
