KRACHI E:More feeder roads receive attention
The Krachi East District Assembly has recently awarded a number of roads on contract to help improve transportation of goods and services in the district.

The Krachi East District Assembly has recently awarded a number of roads on contract to help improve transportation of goods and services in the district.
Through sponsorship from the Ghana Social opportunities Programme, a total of 15 kilometer roads including Dormabin-Adumadum phase 1-4km, Dormabin-Adumadum phase 2-4.5km, and Dormabin-Atsigode 6.5km.
A source at the District who disclosed this to Ghanadistricts.com said the nature of work on the roads is mainly spot improvement to allow smooth carting of produce to market centres as these areas are farming and fishing communities.
In a related development, the assembly is also expending portion of its district development facility on some other roads which also need urgent attention.
They are Dormabin-Betenase 10km, Kotoku Djani Junction-Cement 12.5km, Kakreka-Adakponu 3.6km and Yaobrae Junction to Yaobrae 1.1km.
These roads are being cleared and expanded to allow vehicles to be able to use them.
