N DAYI: Vakpo Fordome to get new school blk

The North Dayi District Assembly in the Volta Region has constructed a six (6) classroom block for the people of Vakpo Fordome in the area.

The District Chief Executive (DCE) of the area, Mr. Edmund Attah Kudjoh, who disclosed this at the Assembly’s meeting, said the project was about 75 percent complete.

He urged parents to send their wards to school since the Assembly was up to the task of providing the facilities for effective teaching and learning in the school and district as a whole.

He advised parents not engage their children into farming to the neglect of their education since they were the future leaders of the country.

He also advised the pupils and teachers to take proper care of the building and ensure proper maintenance culture so that it last longer.
