The edifice being the biggest single-seater canteen nationwide, is personally funded by Mr Asiedu, who completed the School in 2006.
Mr. Asiedu said the project which was capital intensive was his humble way of giving back to his alma mater, the students, teaching and non-teaching staff.
He said the facility was a plus to the conditions of students and it would have helped him and his colleagues if they had a kind, while they were in school about two decades.
Mr. Asiedu said the old canteen had remained in the same condition since he graduated and it was necessary for a new edifice which would reduce overcrowding.
He called on old students of the school to help their alma mater with infrastructure and logistics to enhance effective and quality teaching and learning.
The CEO urged parents to give their children the best education since it was the greatest legacy they could leave for them.
Mr. Albert Kwasi Dodo, Headmaster of the School, expressed gratitude to Mr. Asiedu for his kind gesture while promising to ensure good maintenance culture of the edifice.
He said the canteen would serve multiple roles and also enable staff, students and any visitor to have a convenient place to eat at the school.
Mr. Dodo said despite challenges, teachers were poised to institute measures to improve upon academic performances.
He said the lack of an Administration Block, Dining Hall and lack of toilet facility for the male students remained a challenge.
The Head Master said the situation had compelled the school to convert classroom blocks into offices and also compel students to go to the dining hall in batches.
He said the staff undertake yearly self-help projects to mitigate their plights, adding that the 2023 project was to repaint all structures of the School.
Mr. Michael Klutse, President of the Anfoesec Old Students Association (ANFOSA), commended Mr. Asiedu for his support and added that the Association would continue to do their best in supporting the School to enhance quality teaching and learning.
He bemoaned the incident of political figures not being able to complete needed projects of the School.
Ms Joycelyn Tetteh, North Dayi Member of Parliament, said she would continue to do her best as the MP to support the School.
She presented 400 chairs and 100 tables to the School.
