Two communities in the Nkwanta South District including Abubruwa, and Blackie Junction have been provided with new 3-unit junior high school blocks.

The facilities which the assembly is financing through its share of the district development facility (DDF) is a measure to augment government’s efforts to provide suitable environment for teaching and learning as a way of boosting standard of education in the district.

The projects which are at the roofing level according to the District Chief Executive for the area, Joseph Nyofam Ninkab will be completed soon to enable students move in.

He was particularly concerned about the rainy season which is usually a period when a lot of schools especially those having infrastructure challenges loss instructional hours due to rainfall.
