AMANSIE W: Manso-Keniago/Kwabenaso Branch of Ghana Society of Physical Disable Launched
The 50 member branch of Ghana Society of the Physical Disable and persons with Disability of Manso Keniago/Kwabenaso in the Amansie west district of the Ashanti Region has been launched at a colourful durbar at Manso Kwabenaso.

The branch of the Society aimed at seeking the welfare of its members.
Speaking at the function, the District Chief Executive for Amansie West, Mr William Bediako Asante commended the society members for forming the association to fight for their rights and appealed to other members who have not yet joined them to do so.
He said being disabled is not the end of their life but asked them to pray for Gods Guild ness and protections.
Mr Bediako Asante said the district Assembly would continue to give their fair share of district Assembly common fund.
The district branch secretary of the federation Mr Kofi Nti the National Ghana Society of the Physical Disable was established in the year 1980 aimed at seeking the welfare of its members and to fight for their rights.
Mr Osei Kuffour the district Social Welfare officer appealed to persons with Disability to join the association to enable them have their concern death with.
The chief of Manso Kwabenaso Nana Tabi Gyansah was grateful to the members and urged them to keep it up.
He appealed to the district Assembly to give their share of their common fund.
He appealed to district Assembly to find income generating projects to its members to enable them to be self-sufficient.
Mr Richard Kwame Mensah businessman who chaired the function asked the community members to always show love and comfort to them as each of us can one day be like them.
