Residents call on gov’t to fix their bridge
The people of Suma Ahenkro and Kaabre in the Jaman North District are well noted with one one thing and that's farming.

Most people in these 2 communities are well noted with the plantation of cashew and yam and they both have common festival which called "MUNUFIE" is yearly celebrated for the purification to the gods and eating of an new yam.
Meanwhile, these communities still surfer for good accessibility of good roads and other social amenities.
The only boundary between these two communities is a River called "Tain" which has surrounded the communities in the District but it look as if nobody has paid a particular attention to their efforts by seeing to their plight.
On the 15th September, 2021, the people in these two communities witnessed a very terrific moment where the said river has been over flowed with no one crossing to Suma nor Kaabre.
Residents in these communities have to carry farmers to cross the river from Kaabre to Suma Ahenkro and from Kaabre to to Suma Ahenkro mostly especially students and farmers.
Residents are therefore calling on the government to come to their aid by constructing the only bridge that links these two communities.
