GA C: Director conferred with CIDA Professional Fellowship Award

The Civilian Institute of Democratic Administration (CIDA) has conferred on the Director of the Ga Central Municipal Assembly in the Greater Accra Region, Mr. Charles Neequaye Kotey with Professional Fellowship Award.
