He asserts that various concerns of residents including poor road network, and flooding are being giving serious considerations and in the shortest possible time these efforts would be seen by the people.

The MCE emphasized that a number of road projects are underway including Pentecost University Road, the road around the Israel Park, Anyaa Zonal Council through the Municipal Assembly road- Atieku and Sowutuom road i (about 3.5 km).

The MCE said they are not relenting in their efforts at pushing for more road interventions, adding that the contractor on the Fan Milk road has assured that as soon as the rains subside, he would return to site to continue and complete the road.

He said his other major headache is the Agape road which they are working on seriously, and expressed that very soon it would be completed. The contractor is also expected to move back to the Onyinase road.

With the Adu Gyemfi road, a road that has never been motorable, but thanks to the year of roads, considerable works have been done; and the contractor is only waiting for the soil to compact to complete it.

Many drainage constructions are also taking place in the municipality with Joma being one of the communities enjoying considerable works in this regard, he stated.

In the Kwashiebu Electoral Area, instead of fulfilling a request by the Landlords Association for the construction of a footbridge that was washed away, the Assembly through the Hydrological Services Authority is rather constructing a vehicular bridge to connect Tabora to Kwashiebu Race Course among other culverts.
