Akuapem North Assembly sensitizes residents on Covid-19

The Municipal Chief Executive of the Akuapem North has sensitizied and educated residents on Covid-19 outbreak in the Municipality.

The exercise has taken him and the team to various centres like; Akropong Daakye Clinic, Mandela Market, Akropong Aboasa Market, Larteh Health Center, Larteh Ahenease Market, Larteh Ayikuma Taxi Rank, Larteh Kubease Market, and Larteh Junction Taxi Rank.

For each of these locations, we reiterated the need for our people to observe enhanced Personal Hygiene.

The assembly has also provided to some of these locations, Veronica buckets, soaps, sanitizers, paper tissues, and other sanitary logistics.

“We also highlighted the new directives as we work to suppress the possibility of any spread of the virus within the Akuapem North Municipality.

We are at war but we have a more formidable army in the people of Akuapem North and so we are hopeful of victory. We shall surely prevail".
