Hon. Baani Abudu Nelson, Member of Parliament for Daboya/Mankarigu constituency in conjunction with the Ghana Education Trust Fund(GETfund) is bracing up to construct more school structure in the educational system of the North Gonja district.

This year, both parties have collaborated to fund construction of new school block for a basic school at Busa, a community within the district to give leverage in promoting quality education across-board.

Highlighting this project in an interview with Ghanamps.gov.gh, the MP indicated that the move was progressing steadily as they have just finished with the advertisement of the award of contract awaiting contractors to tender application for implementation of the project.

The structure intended for this community is specifically a 6 unit classroom block with certain ancillary facilities like office, store room, teachers’ common room and the rest.

The MP assured there would be no delay in the implementation of the project when actual works finally begins, saying that he will ensure that the release of funds and the support required for the project to move on smoothly is guaranteed.
