KADJEBI: Assembly takes delivery of a new grader
The Kadjebi District Assembly has taken delivery of a new grader worth five hundred and sixty thousand Ghana cedis from Plant Pool.

The Kadjebi District Assembly has taken delivery of a new grader worth five hundred and sixty thousand Ghana cedis from Plant Pool.
The equipment procured on high purchase is payable in two years in eight installments at about GHs70, 000.00 quarterly. The assembly has decided to spend parts of its common fund on this to help accelerate maintenance work on roads to improve carting of farm produce to market centres and other areas outside the district.
The decision according to authorities at the assembly was also informed by the slow pace at which department of feeder roads response to repair works on roads in the district to the discomfort of farmers and other users.
It is the hope of the assembly that periodic road improvement will impact positively on economic activities as more drivers will accept plying more roads in the district.
