Each participating school received a certificate, exercise books, pens, and constitutional pocket books as a reward for participating in the competition.
The quiz competition formed part of a series of activities embarked upon by the NCCE to mark the country's 68th Independence Day Celebration.
The competition was solely centred on questions from the 1992 Constitution of Ghana to ensure students are conversant with the Constitution at their early stage.
It was on the theme, 'Ghana's Future Our Collective Responsibility'
Madam Martha Nneka Opera, Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Municipal Directorate of NCCE, speaking during the competition at Bibiani, said the quiz competition was part the of Commission's strategies to get students students learn better the contents of the 1992 Constitution, while having fun.
According to her, the move was also to make the 68th Independence Day Celebration more cheerful and memorable besides the usual march passes.
Madam Nneka ceased the opportunity to encourage students to embrace the use of NCCE's Ghana Constitution Game Board and tasked them to join the Civil Education Clubs in their respective schools.
She was confident that the quiz competition would go a long way to deepening their understanding of the constitution amongst students.
