Other projects are biogas system and a borehole fitted with pump for the Kibi slaughter House and drains with culverts in various parts of the municipality.

Mr Asirifi said people should not do politics with development projects in the area, since they are social interventions to help improve the livelihood of the people.

He said the assembly is constructing 80 market stalls at the cost of GH₵190,811.00 for the Tafo market to alleviate the plight of traders who have no stalls or sheds to sell their wares and are therefore at the mercy of the weather.

Mr Bismarck Adjei, the contractor working on the Tafo market project said 70 per cent of the work has been completed and he is hopeful to complete within the nine months stipulated time.
