MP donates street lights to Eremon SHTS

The Municipal Chief Executive for Lawra, Mr. Bomba-Ire Martin has on the behalf of the Member of Parliament, Mr. Anthony Abayifaa Karbo presented twenty (20) street lights to Eremon Senior High Technical School in the Lawra Municipality.

The items were presented to the headmaster of the school through the Municipal Director of Education, Madam Sophia Dimah Nandzo.

Speaking at a short presentation ceremony, Mr. Bomba-Ire noted, that the gesture was in response to a request made to the MP by the headmaster for 20 Street lights to help improve vision at night.

On his part, the headmaster also expressed his gratitude to the MP and MCE for always being with the school in times of need.

He was very optimistic that the street lights will help eliminate fear and panic among the students and also beef up the security situation of the school.
